To ANYONE who unfortunately has a need for biohazard or crime scene cleanup ( which I didn’t even know there was such a thing ) I HIGHLY recommend Bio-Tec! After being told by our minister that we need professional help with the death cleanup and doing a little research for local crime scene cleaners, I found Bio-Tec to not only have the best price by far but they also had the most experience in this field. When we met them at the home we were completely clueless as to where to even start. They basically held my hand throughout the entire process. From the biohazard cleaning itself, filing and negotiating with the insurance carrier to providing a guide to manage the remaining things that needed to be done. We were so impressed with their professionalism and honesty that we have referred them on 2 occasions, a suicide cleanup of a close friend and COVID decontamination of our daycare center.
